Insurance Information
The information on this page is intended for individuals, businesses or agencies interested in contracting with Recreation or Campus Life for certain programs, venue rentals or sponsorships and for vendors providing services at a Recreation venue as part of a contracted program, venue rental or sponsorship activation. Our Minimum Insurance Requirements
When renting a Recreation venue, the following minimum insurance requirements apply (except for UCLA Student Organizations):

Options to Obtain Insurance
If you are in need of insurance, you may select any agency that meet your needs. To assist with obtaining insurance, we have partnered with Campus Connexions for certain types of insurance products. For additional information on Campus Connexions products, select from the options below.

Certificate of Insurance Submission Portal
To submit your certificate of insurance (COI) for review as part of a contracted program, venue rental, sponsorship activation or vendor operations, click the button below. To ensure adequate time to review submissions, please submit a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled contracted program, venue rental, sponsorship activation, or vendor services start date.
