Step 1: Schedule a fingerprinting appointment with UCPD

Step 2: Submit a Volunteer Fingerprinting Request Form
To access the form, click the link above.
Documents for the UCPD appointment will be routed via this portal. Please submit requests 5 business days in advance of the UCPD appointment.

Accessing Funding Application
1. Log into MyUCLA
2. Click on Campus Life
3. Click on Fund Requests
4. Under Fund Name, search for SREC Pledge Fund
5. Click Apply
